A casino operator is being sought for an ambitious project proposed for central Morocco.
The development, on a 1,000-acre lakeside site, is expected to have multiple uses, including residential, non-gaming hotels, shops, entertainment and a golf course with villas.
The casino is planned for a waterfront site near Lake Mansour Eddahbi and will include a hotel.
It is anticipated that the project could be similar to Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
The nearest city to the project site is Ouarzazate, which is 274 miles south of Casablanca and 126 miles south of Marrakech.
