Novomatic Americas Puerto Rico will distribute its Funmaster 2.27 cabinets to Cage Puerto Rico, with the deal subject to Cage getting its licence renewed.

Cage has worked with Novomatic across its other Caribbean markets for several years.

Chairman of Cage Puerto Rico II, Robert B. Washington, said: “We are proud to deepen our strategic partnership with Novomatic Americas as we continue to expand our footprint in the Caribbean markets.

“Their technology, product quality, performance and long-term vision are exactly what we need to drive sustainable growth and deliver best-in-class gaming entertainment to our customers and partners throughout Puerto Rico.”

The deal includes mutual exclusivity for the street gaming market, and the cabinets supplied will feature a range of gaming options which Novomatic said will be tailored to local player preferences.

Jakob Rothwangl, managing director of Novomatic Americas, said: “This agreement underscores the strategic alignment between Caribbean Cage and Novomatic Americas in one of the region’s most dynamic and promising markets.

“It is a testament to the strength of our long-standing partnership and to the trust that Cage places in our products, performance and vision.”

Novomatic Americas will maintain service and support for existing customers who purchased its machines in Puerto Rico.
