The nine casinos in Bavaria, Germany, are refreshing their slot machine offering with a range of new Oxygen machines from Spielo International.
The installations are already under way and are scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
In each casino, the old “house” jackpot machines are being replaced by Oxygen cabinets featuring Spielo International’s Kitty Cash game. Additionally, Bayern Jackpot machines are being replaced by cabinets featuring the company’s Mermaid’s Spell multigame with a specially developed pay table, where the top award symbol has been changed to the Bavarian Lion in honour of the region.
A number of other Spielo International machines have been installed in various locations, including Master Roulette and Multi Chance Keno.
“This roll-out of our slot machines in Bavaria is a noteworthy expansion of our activities in the region,” said Spielo International’s general manager EMEA casino, Sakis Isaakidis. “Germany is an important market – one of our international head offices is located in Lübbecke – and we are pleased to increase our presence in the Bavarian casinos.”
Michael Mueller, head of technical and IT department at Bayerische Spielbanken, said he expected the new machines will offer “the best variety of games” for customers.
