Continuing a partnership that has lasted and grown over 20 years, IGT has named JCM Global the company's first Strategic Technology Partner. JCM Global is the first IGT supplier to achieve the designation.
As a Strategic Technology Partner, JCM will work closely with IGT to develop new and innovative technologies that will improve the global gaming industry.
IGT director of supply chain management, Rick Lloyd, said: "JCM and IGT have had a very productive and beneficial relationship since we first brought the embedded bill validator to the gaming industry in the early 1990s. Now we are thrilled to have JCM be the first company to meet all of our requirements to become a Strategic Technology Partner and we are very excited for the future we will be building together."
JCM president Akiyoshi Isoi added: "For 20 years, we have been working closely with IGT to integrate, innovate and improve automated transactions between the player and the operator on IGT gaming equipment.
