Bally Technologies has installed a new line-up of games and its iView Display Manager player-user-interface at Foxwoods Resort Casino in the US state of Connecticut.
In addition to offering its customers games on the new Bally Pro Series cabinets, including Playboy Hot Zone, Foxwoods will deploy Bally's iView DM and Elite Bonusing Suite technology to enhance the player experience at the machine. The system enables floor-wide promotions, tournaments and virtual racing events. Foxwoods has also installed Bally's new Service Tracking Manager, an automated dispatch and alert system, on 5,400 gaming machines.
Lou Rosa, Foxwoods' vice president of slot operations, explained that the STM system "works tremendously."
"It is extremely stable and we believe it will provide a great return on our investment. It has done wonders for our ability to analyse data to improve customer service, increase employee productivity and create operational metrics."
