Donaco International has confirmed a 62 per cent drop in headcount at Star Vegas following an escalation in tensions along the Thailand-Cambodia border.
Following a brief military clash on May 28, the Thai government imposed new restrictions which included a ban on Thai nationals crossing the border for non-essential travel.
The measures came into effect on June 8.
Cambodia has appealed to the International Court of Justice to resolve the border dispute in a move the Cambodia prime minister referred to as choosing “a peaceful resolution based on international law” on a Facebook post.
