Brazil-based playing card manufacturer Copag has launched a book entitled "Copag - 100 years in Brazil: always dealing the cards" to commemorate the company's centenary.
The launch was held in a bookshop in the city of São Paulo, where guests were also treated to a magic show. In a cordial, sophisticated atmosphere, over 100 people showed up for a pleasant cocktail party to greet the Gonçalves family and company employees on this special occasion.
The book tells the story of the successful trajectory of the company, which was founded by Albino Gonçalves in São Paulo in 1908 and run throughout the subsequent decades by successive generations of the founding family.
