Bulgaria-based Casino Technology used G2E to unveil some new games developed in partnership with Penthouse, the world-famous glamour magazine.
“We are very pleased to be a partner of Penthouse as they make their first entry into the gaming business,” said the company’s US representative Roy Student. “These slots have been developed over a period of a few months and there will be further releases at ICE in London in January. It is exciting that Penthouse chose us as their partner in the gaming industry.”
The company’s Rossi McKee had a major hand in putting the contracts together. “This wasn’t easy because it was a first,” added Student. “We believe it will create a big buzz in the industry and we are proud to have Penthouse as a partner.”
A Penthouse representative told a press gathering at the start of the first day of the show: “When we issue a licence we really want to do something different, so it was important to us that Casino Technology also wanted to do something different. And this is just the start – there is a lot more exciting stuff to follow.”
Rossi McKee said: “We only had a short time to develop these first games in order to launch them here. There are a lot of exciting features in the slots. We hope our ongoing relationship with Penthouse will prove to be rewarding. We have invested a lot in these products and we have a lot of new ideas for the next three years. There will be new product every three to six months. The games have unique designs and concepts and advanced graphic features that will enhance players’ excitement.”
Casino Technology will also offer operators flexible financial structures. A major marketing campaign is already under way. “Initial orders have already been placed,” added McKee. “We expect demand will be very high.”
Sales and marketing director Sonia Nikolova said: “This has been a united effort. We are confident that the 40-year history of the Penthouse brand will contribute greatly to the success of these products.”
On show in Las Vegas was a suite of five new games with the Penthouse theme. “The games are dedicated to different player profiles,” said Nikolova. “The benchmark is unique mathematical models. We believe the games will bring in many new customers for casino operators. We also believe they will keep players playing for longer because of those mathematics and features.”
