DESPITE the fact that the law legalising gambling in Ukraine was adopted in mid-August 2020, it is only now possible to talk about the final stage of preparation for the market launch.
This is largely due to the fact that the gambling business was banned in Ukraine more than 11 years ago and the task of the newly adopted law was not only the legalisation of gambling but also the creation and implementation of a fully-fledged power vertical, designed to exercise state supervision over the gambling market.
