When G2 Gaming bought Lilac Mall in Rochester, New Hampshire, US, in 2023, it seemed to offer a true reversal of fortunes for the fading establishment.
Once teeming with stores including JCPenney, Kmart and Walden Books alongside a movie theatre, the single-storey enclosed shopping mall has seen many of its shops close over the years.
