Scientific Games has acquired the assets of Parspro, provider of full-service betting systems and related products via the internet and mobile devices.
The acquired assets include a scalable sports betting system that provides users with all of the elements necessary to operate an online betting site, including software, secure, state-of-the-art hosting, traditional sports wagering and live betting propositions as well as a full range of support and ancillary services.
In addition, the Parspro assets offer a full-service internet platform, integrating casino, poker and other gaming content from multiple third-party providers.
