To the year ended December 31, 2013, the Montreal-based Amaya Gaming Group posted annual revenues of C$154.5m, more than double the C$76.4m delivered in 2012.

Profit also rose, with earnings (adjusted EBITDA) up to C$57.9m in 2013 compared to C$18.9m the year before. Profit as a percentage of revenue remains steady, at around 40 per cent.

Amaya closed the C$25m acquisition of Diamond Game, a designer and manufacturer of gaming related products for the global casino gaming and lottery industries, in February 2014.
