Inspired Entertainment has marked its entrance into the development of minesweeper games with Lucky Fish Finder.
The first of the upcoming Finder series is played across a 5x5 reel grid and starts with players placing bets and selecting their preferred level of volatility – represented as the number of boots on the grid.
Picking between one and 10 boots, the more boots chosen means the bigger the risk and potential cash prize.
Players then select tiles within the grid to reveal either a fish symbol, which increases the prize pot and continues the game, or a mine – shown in-game as the boot – which ends the game.
The boot also wipes out accumulated cash prizes. Players can either choose to continue searching for the Maximum Win upon finding a fish, or cash out.
