Dionisio Rodríguez Martín, better known as “El Dioni”, is the star of the latest Spanish Celebrities slots series created by MGA Games.
Marking 30 years since one of the most famous robberies in history, the online casino games developer is betting on the dynamic character to make the score of the year.
El Dioni was present to unveil his slot at a special event attended by leading casino operators, making a surprise appearance in an armoured van asking “¿Dónde está la pasta?" ("Where’s the dough?"), the question that has lent its name to the new game from MGA Games.
In keeping with the previous IP games by MGA Games starring Chiquito, Manolo el del Bombo and Sr Barragán, the Spanish slot has original audio and famous phrases spoken by the character.
The “El Dioni ¿Dónde está la pasta?” online slot includes five mini-games that enables users to relive the great robbery of 298m pesetas from the armoured van minute by minute: from the planning, to his escape to Brazil, surrounded by girls and heavenly beaches.
MGA Games’ managing general manager José Antonio Giacomelli said: “In this new release from the Spanish Celebrities series, MGA Games gives a nod to the scoundrel Spain of the 1980s with this true story of the most notorious robbery to date: ‘El Dioni's’ big score. An exceptional production in which users will feel like true accomplices.”
