In fact, these requests make up about 50 per cent of the new business leads I get. I literally get the clients who have landed up with poor performing affiliate programmes, broken affiliate relationships, or business models that – somehow – aren’t even profitable. (The very nature of an affiliate remuneration model is that it should always be showing profit, as it pays out based on a percentage of net revenue).
