The operator Whitezip and player account management and aggregation provider Markor Technology have merged and will now operate under the Casimba Gaming brand.
Whitezip’s chief executive officer, Dersim Sylwan, has been appointed CEO of the combined organisation.
The merger aims to offer customers a greater range of products and services, with a key focus on regulated markets including the UK, the Nordics and Canada.
The newly formed company will showcase a portfolio encompassing a suite of igaming solutions, amid consolidated revenues of over £100m and over 50,000 active customers.
Sylwan, whose previous experience includes roles at LeoVegas Group, Kindred and Svenska Spel, said: “Combining the marketing, data, design and development expertise from Whitezip with the technology and operational expertise from Markor Technology will allow us to give both our customers and partners a great experience and portfolio of products.”
