Two technology companies have grown closer together as BMIT Technologies takes a stake in EBO Ltd.

The latter company uses artificial intelligence to develop process automation, centred on customer conversations. The deal will allow BMIT to diversify and strengthen its offer to operators in the area of AI. It also allows it to actively participate in this technology.
“Through this investment, we can further strengthen our offer and will build on our relationship with EBO,” said BMIT CEO Christian Sammut. The deal will accelerate EBO’s growth and open up new business verticals.
