PayPoint.net has signed up online bookmaker Stan James in a deal spanning more than three years.

The payment services and risk management provider will now process the millions of transactions the gaming operator handles every year.

PayPoint.net’s customer portfolio has also recently been increased by deals with SportingBet and 32Red.

Passing the responsibility to PayPoint.net saves the gaming operator time and money. Meanwhile, StanJames.com will also reap the benefits of PayPoint.net’s real-time reporting functionality, which enables the online bookmaker to view all its transaction data instantly, at the click of a button.

Later this year, PayPoint.net’s solution will enable it to improve successful card transaction levels, ensuring customer experience is maintained while reducing the costs associated with a failed transaction.

StanJames.com has also implemented PayPoint.net’s highly configurable FraudGuard rules engine to manage risk effectively.

Michael Norton, managing director of PayPoint.net, commented: "As online gaming continues to grow in popularity having the capability to maximise payments while minimising risk will be necessary to ensure business success."
