Sportradar has settled legal proceedings issued in the High Court relating to use of unlicensed data after reaching a deal.
A case was brought against BetConstruct and two other firms’ alleged use of Sportradar’s licensed data from International Tennis Federation events.
BetConstruct, the two bookmakers, and Sportradar have reached a confidential agreement to resolve all claims involving historic use of ITF live data.
According to Sportradar, BetConstruct is paying an undisclosed monetary sum and agreeing to take a licence from Sportradar in relation to data from the ITF database going forward.
