Sportradar has had a range of its services re-certified by independent customer service provider TÜV Thüringen.
The company’s processes underpinning its Client Services & Care and Integrity Services are among those to have received certification for the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) norm 9001:2015.
Sportradar’s Content Production and Operations and Trading Services business units have also been accredited.
The company’s Client Services & Care and Integrity Services have been ISO-certified since 2014, with its Life Cycle of Odds service certified in 2015.
Sportradar said its Content Production and Operations unit has “implemented enhancements” to its processes to ensure “continuous improvement and adherence” to ISO9001 standards.
“For Integrity Services, which delivers fraud detection monitoring and analysis, the certification reinforces Sportradar’s position as a leader in the market in bet monitoring and suspicious match detection, as well as the trust Sportradar partners have in its service,” the company added.
