Esports Entertainment Group has added Sun Gaming & Hospitality founder and CEO, Robert Soper, to its board of directors.
Soper has over two decades of experience in the resort and gaming industry.
As well as playing a leading role at Sun Gaming & Hospitality, he has overseen the development of a number of projects and integrated resort properties in a range of markets.
Soper’s previous role as President and CEO of Mohegan Sun Pocono in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and President and CEO of Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.
He has also served as the President and CEO of the Mohegan parent company, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, overseeing all business development efforts and day-to-day operations.
