Skrill has signed a sponsorship deal with leading international esports team Qlash.
The Paysafe company, which deals in digital wallets and mobile payments, has allied itself with a Treviso-based team – founded in 2017 by professional poker players and entrepreneurs Luca Pagano and Eugene Katchalov – which has become one of the fastest-growing in Europe.
The sponsorship will include Skrill branding and advertising on the Qlash team channel and across all pro-player jerseys, VIP experiences at live events and collaborative live streams on Twitch, the live video platform and gaming community which has 15 million daily active users.
