Shape Games, an online gambling customer engagement platform, has partnered with AI and machine learning data company VAIX to bring an integrated product to online gambling providers.

The companies are building upon their successful work with Danske Spil’s Oddset, transforming the Danish state operator into the country's leading online sportsbook despite the introduction of licensed private competitors in 2012.
The agreement will see both companies working together to closely integrate their products for B2B customers in Europe and the US.
Shape Games CEO Christian Risom said: “Shape and VAIX are very aligned in being a new breed of consumer technology vendor for the online gambling industry.
"Shape is expert in modern consumer apps and customer engagement, while VAIX is leading in the development using artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver data insights and trends about customer behaviour. Together, we deliver a unique and integrated set of features for operators".
VAIX CEO, Andreas Hartmann said: “We’re delighted to be working with Shape Games to improve the standards of igaming entertainment for every gamer, player and sports bettor.
"Our technology is specifically designed with the gaming industry in mind, meaning that whether improving CRM, fine tuning game offerings, making accurate CLV predictions or improving responsible gaming standards by more quickly highlighting at-risk gamers, our mission is to use AI to make igaming more player friendly, more sustainable and more responsible."
