Content, platform and service provider for the sports betting industry OpenBet has reported processing 101,000 peak bets per minute at the UK’s 2024 Grand National Festival.
This record-breaking figure represents a year-on-year increase of 21 per cent, and breaks down to 3,000 peak bets per minute.
There were 397m account transactions – a three per cent increase on 2023 – with 100 per cent uptime.
