Racing2day.com has announced the second phase of its expansion in the US and international online betting market.

The company, which has established a website and US-based call centre, is to step up its marketing campaign to target US and international customers, and is planning a major promotional push for November, one highlight of which will be the Breeders Cup.

Vincent Caldwell from the Racing2Day management team said: “While US- based operators can service international markets, they tend not to do so, as their main focus is on the US domestic market. Our main focus will be both on the untapped US domestic market and the international one.

“We are bringing a fresh perspective to the US market, introducing and deploying a whole raft of marketing initiatives, such as promotional offers, reward programs and racing information services,” continued Caldwell.
