Pronet Gaming CEO Alex Leese has been confirmed as a judge at the forthcoming SiGMA Asia Awards.

The awards, which take place in Manila on July 19, recognise the leading players in the igaming industry in a celebration of achievement and innovation.
Leese has headed up Pronet for four years, having previously been William Hill’s director of international, where he spearheaded its push into Latin America’s emerging markets. This followed previous senior leadership roles at Offside Gaming and what was Sportingbet/GVC, now Entain.
Pronet Gaming turned its attention to emerging markets in Asia in 2022 following unprecedented success in the African and LatAm regions. The company’s growth in the last few years has funded a massive investment in IT and new offices globally, including the Philippines.
That has allowed it to perfect its offering for Asian clients, who can now offer localised products to their customers and a genuine point of difference among competitors.
It can now provide a range of operators in the Asian region with sportsbook and casino platform solutions, as well as a variety of retail options, in multiple jurisdictions.
Leese said: “I am honoured to have been chosen to judge SiGMA’s Asia Awards and am looking forward to assessing the nominations in some highly competitive categories.
“The Asian betting and gaming markets are as vibrant as ever and it is an exciting time to be involved in events like this, which brings together everyone who matters in the industry.”
