Playyoo, a wholly owned subsidiary of Probability, will provide hosted mobile casino and slots games for the regulated Italian market under Lottomatica Italia Scommesse’s Vegas Club brand.
The non-exclusive agreement is for an initial two-year period and is renewable by mutual agreement. The mobile games will be hosted and maintained by Probability using its software platform and regulatory infrastructure for Italy.
The games are compatible with iOS, Android and the latest Blackberry smartphones and tablets. Probability CEO Charles Cohen said the provider was delighted to have the opportunity to work with Lottomatica in Italy as their mobile partner.
"Now that slots are permitted in Italy, all the major operators realise the need to establish their brands urgently with mobile customers and offer as wide a range of games as possible on the widest choice of devices," added Cohen.
