Playtech has completed the first full roll-out of its single wallet project with Buzz Bingo.
The gambling technology group announced yesterday that its partnership with Buzz Bingo had reached the point where the company’s wallet was now powering all physical club and online operations.
Using the Playtech IMS platform, the single wallet provides full connectivity across the Buzz Bingo retail and online environments. Players can enjoy bingo, slots and other verticals using a single account for both retail and online with the flexibility to deposit funds online and use them in a physical club.
It also permits cross-channel CRM activities using the Playtech Engagement Centre toolset, providing a more seamless player experience.
