Picklive, the real-time fantasy football game, used ICE as a springboard to launch its new website and also its B2B offering to the market.

ICE started very strongly for Picklive, which fuses in-play fantasy sports with social gaming and second screen entertainment, winning Best Betting Operator of the Year 2013 in the Totally Gaming Awards.
David Galan, CEO, said the response to Picklive from other sports betting and gaming operators was extremely positive: “Operators are hungry for gaming content and Picklive has innovated in the sports betting sector to provide an engaging and sticky product with which operators can both monetise their existing player bases and also attract and acquire new players.
“There is nothing more social than ‘watching the game while chatting to friends’ and Picklive enables real money gaming between friends in a live environment where the entertainment is as important as the betting. We believe that Picklive is at beginning of a big structural change in the way that players bet and interact with live sport and the potential is enormous,” said Galan.
Picklive also announced its first major B2B partnership with the Telegraph newspaper. Picklive launched a real-time fantasy tournament in partnership with the Telegraph covering the UEFA Champions League knockout stages.
