Customer engagement platform Xtremepush and AI specialst Vaix have teamed up to bring a new service to operators.

The partnership, the companies stated, would combine Vaix's deep customer insights with Xtremepush’s expertise in real-time, multichannel delivery to enable operators to engage bettors "on the right channels at the right time on a personalised level." End users will receive messaging, offers and content tailored to their personal interests and wagering behaviour.

The pairing of technical capabilities, the companies added, would help identify high-value bettors and those at risk of churn.

Vaix AI and predictive modelling is available on all Xtremepush's engagement channels including app, web, email and SMS.
