An online and live version of the $10,000 no-limit Hold ‘em World Championship will be held by the World Series of Poker on December 13.
That is the date for the US domestic market while for the international players it will be held on November 29.
Early round play of the contest, also known as the Main Event, will be online with one entry on WSOP.com or GGPoker.com. It will then move to a live setting for the final table action on two continents.
The final table will play it out for the World Championship and $1m in prize money courtesy of Caesars Entertainment.
