William Hill has written out a cheque for £1,426,000 to an online gaming customer who hit a winning streak while playing roulette.
The 40-year-old businessman from Sussex, UK, is a regular player and hit a lucky run with his favourite number, 23, netting the six-figure amount.
Not content to stop there, he followed the same tactics to see 23 drop again and again, boosting his payout to a total of just over £1.4m.
Since Christmas, William Hill has written three cheques of more than £1m out to winning customers.
