Global payment technology partner Nuvei of Canada is to power the new Holland Casino online gambling business.
The Dutch state-owned operating company, with 14 land-based casinos across the Netherlands, is one of the 10 nominated licence holders for the new regulations now in force.
Holland Casino yesterday announced that it had chosen Nuvei to give custom solutions for player acquisition, verification and payment through one integration. Nuvei has a considerable reputation in the online gambling business for providing secure transaction channels.
A recent report by the Dutch Gaming Authority said that by 2024 the Dutch market could expect a GGR of around €800m. Holland Casino will offer sports betting, online casino, live casino, poker and bingo products to the players in the Netherlands.
Nuvei will provide custom solutions for player verification and authentication algorithms and mechanisms that create frictionless compliance with the stringent player regulations in place for the region.
It will also offer a seamless payment experience through its Cashier, enabling smooth deposits and withdrawals while complying with the rigorous anti-money laundering laws of the country.
