New York’s sports betting handle dropped in May from April’s efforts, from US$1.54bn to $1.36bn, but there were year-on-year improvements.

What’s more, gross gaming revenue in New York in May jumped from $138.8m in April to $151.97m

Year-on-year GGR was also up from $109.79m in May 2022.

Of the operators in New York, FanDuel posted the most handle in May of $471.1m, with its GGR at $47.7m.
