The New York State Gambling Commission is revising proposed regulations before Monday’s meeting.
The regulations obtained by Legal Sports Report would only allow sports betting at the state’s four full-fledged casinos del Lago, Tioga Downs, Empire Resorts’ Resorts World Catskills and Rush Street’s Rivers.
Regulations for online or mobile sports betting are not mentioned.
DraftKings will operate the sportsbook at del Lago, Paddy Power Betfair’s FanDuel will operate Tioga Downs’ sportsbook, bet365 for Resorts World Catskills and Rush Street Interactive for Rivers.
