Gamanza Group has launched a new website for its player engagement business unit, Gamanza Engage.

Gamanza Engage seeks to redefine player engagement through loyalty and gamification mechanics. The website showcases the product’s functionalities such as real-time CRM and a customisable loyalty and gamification system.

The system allows user to use gamification offers to replace typical bonus campaigns and a series of front-end widgets to facilitate implementation.

Robert Civill, chief commercial officer at Gamanza, said the system is “designed to put power in the hands of the operator” and backed those that use the product to “lead the way in one of the most important and necessary developments in our industry.”

Gamanza is also presenting a starter pack of features to allow operators to set up a program of ranks with sub-levels that deliver rewards to players at every progression. Missions, quests and tournaments can also be set up.
