Representatives from the EU parliament and IBM are among the speakers lined up for the Prague Blockchain and Bitcoin Conference scheduled for May 17.

Regulation of digital currencies and blockchain technology has become central topics for discussion in the industry throughout 2018 and the conference in the Czech Republic has responded to reflect the trend.
Dimitrios Psarrakis, capital markets and fintech regulation policy advisor at the European Parliament, will voice the stance of the European authorities.
Other speakers include Guenther Dobrauz, partner at PwC Legal Switzerland, Dominik Stroukal, a renowned Czech blockchain expert, Sandris Murins, co-founder at Germany based company Iconiq Lab, René Bostic, technical vice president of innovation and new technologies at IBM cloud and Stefano Virgilli, CEO at VOX ICO Consulting and CSO at Invictus, will all host sessions at the event. Representatives of CA Technologies, Adel, GRAFT Blockchain, Crowdholding and other companies will also make presentations at the conference.
