Ladbrokes has announced the appointment of its new group HR director.
Forty-nine-year-old Andrew Harley was human resources director for UK retail banking at Lloyds until last year and has been acting as an independent consultant to Lloyds Banking Group for the past six months.
Commenting on the appointment, Ladbrokes’ chairman Peter Erskine said: "Andrew’s experience of HR in an innovative sector in a Europe-wide role will be of significant benefit to Ladbrokes."
Harley commented: "Recruiting and retaining key talent will be an important factor in Ladbrokes’ future success."
