The Net Entertainment stand has been one of the i-gaming sector’s busiest at ICE 2013 and InterGame caught up with Per Eriksson, president and CEO. Eriksson, who had unveiled his company’s South Park slot on day one, felt the show had been a real hit.

The South Park launch

“We are very happy with how the show has gone for us and the new venue has been a success,” he said. The two-storey Net Entertainment stand has been busy throughout, not least during the launch of the company’s latest slot on Tuesday February 5.

“The stand has worked well,” reflected Eriksson. “We have this [upstairs] area for meetings and then the very open downstairs which has also been successful. It has been very busy with lots of visitors. For the South Park launch, there were more than 300 people there - and three television crews.”

The launch of South Park [pictured] has certainly been one of the stories of ICE and Eriksson is excited about this latest launch, following last year’s Scarface and, before that, Frankenstein.

“South Park has been around for many years and the show’s fans, old and young, continue to enjoy it - many have grown up with South Park. It has 43 million ‘likes’ on Facebook, so it is a strong social brand too.”
