Howard Mittman (pictured) has been named as the new president of 888 US, the subsidiary of the online betting company.
Mittman will run the US operations, including its strategic partnership with Authentic Brands Group, owner of Sports Illustrated.
Mittman has over 20 years’ experience in the digital and media industry, most recently serving as CEO of Bleacher Report, a major digital sports brand. He was previously chief marketing and revenue officer at the company.
888 in June of last year announced that it had formed a partnership with Authentic Brands to extend Sports Illustrated into betting and gaming, combining 888’s technology with a top name in sports media.
