The Isle of Man-based specialist in developing online gaming software said that there is an extensive catalogue of exclusive gaming content that has now been transferred to Games Global. It has also taken control of a network of customers operating more than 900 global gaming brands.
Microgaming said that it will now focus on continuing to provide platform systems and services to leading online gaming brands, including Games Global.
It will also continue to license its proprietary sports betting software to the industry’s major sports betting operator, Betway, while investing in and building on the technology.
