The sportsbook FansUnite has joined with Victory Square Technologies (VST), the promoter of start-up businesses and Askott Entertainment, a Vancouver-based software developer, to create one of Canada’s leading gaming companies.
FansUnite is acquiring the outstanding securities of Askott as a three-way amalgamation in a complex arrangement that will see a fully integrating gaming asset emerge offering multiple B2C platforms and technology for sportsbooks.

The combined company will have four live B2C platforms that have had over C$350m wagered since inception and 300,000 registered members. There are also four signed B2B contracts with two currently live.
