A commission has been established to consider the pros and cons of legalising online gabling in the US state of Massachusetts, reports The Salem News.
The commission will consider, economic development, taxation customer protection as well as the state’s existing legal and regulatory structures.
This follows the states legalisation of daily fantasy sports, an accelerated variant of traditional fantasy sports, over the summer.
The commission plans to provide the state’s legislature with recommendations by mid-2017.
