IGT has revealed a string of executive and board leadership changes, including the appointment of IGT PlayDigital CEO Enrico Drago to the board of directors.

Drago, who will become a non-executive director, is replacing Marco Drago on the board. Drago is to step down after carrying out his remaining term and departing at the conclusion of IGT’s AGM on May 14.
Amid Drago’s impending transition to the board, his work at IGT PlayDigital will be taken on by Gil Rotem, who will expand his current IGT PlayDigital President of iGaming role to become IGT PlayDigital president.
Rotem will report to IGT CEO Vince Saudsky.
Marco Sala, executive chair of the board at IGT, said Drao’s move to the board is a “natural evolution that supports the Company's vision for its next era of growth and transformation.”
“Enrico's value-creation mindset and understanding of global growth opportunities will enhance the Board and align with IGT's strategic priorities,” Sala said.
