A new advertising campaign in the Netherlands aims to increase awareness of the country’s gambling self-exclusion register.

The Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) wants to make the Cruks register more well-known with its “Pick up your life again, take a gambling stop” campaign.
Aimed more at young adults, the campaign will receive most exposure on social media such as Meta apps Instagram and Facebook as well as Snapchat and YouTube.
The KSA said the campaign, which launched on Monday, December 16, is a follow-up to the 2023 pilot advertisements that “yielded many valuable insights.”
