Kindred says Patrick Kortman has taken up the interim chief financial officer role, while also revealing two other temporary appointments as the company continues its strategic review.

Usha Ganesan will assume the chief finance operations officer role on an interim basis, with Neil Banbury made Kindred’s new chief commercial and marketing officer on the same terms.
Kortman has been at Kindred since 2018 and has worked with the board, executive team and financial department. He takes over from Johan Wilsby, who will continue to support the executive team until he resigns in the autumn, as was announced on May 15.
Nils Andén, interim CEO at Kindred, said Kortman “knows Kindred very well” and will “continue to bring great value” to the company’s operations while it continues to focus on its strategic review.
All appointments will remain as interim until the review is concluded, Kindred added.
