The acquisition has cost J&J US$213.5m and approximately $37.5m of purchased cash.

The deal for the Nevada assets is the second agreement between the two companies.

J&J acquired Golden Entertainment’s operations in Montana in September for aggregate cash consideration of approximately $109m, plus purchased cash of $5m.

The planned sale of both announced in March.

“We believe this transaction will provide further success for our route partners through sharing of best practices and new technology,” said Blake Sartini, chairman and chief executive of Golden Entertainment Group back in March.
