A new content management system (CMS) and esports games have been provided to the Taiwan Sports Lottery Corporation by Intralot, the solutions provider.
Intralot Canvas, the CMS system, will help TSLC to build and configure a betting portal offering a full-featured betting experience with customised content at the same time as the esport range of games, powered by Sportradar, starting with League of Legends for both retail and online channels.
Ted Lin, president of TSLC, said that the CMS would help drive operational efficiency, while the esport products would mean that TSLC could enter a very fast-growing betting market.
The esport market, according to a Business Insider Intelligence report, will pass $1.5bn by 2023 with the Asia region providing the largest development area.
