The US state of Indiana generated $41.1m in sports betting revenue in September, a year-on-year fall from $51.2m in September 2022.

However, handle increased year-on-year from $382.5m to $404.1m.
Month-on-month, revenue showed a strong uptick from $23.5m in August and handle also jumped from the $238.1m posted last September.
American football dominated the sports betting in Indiana in September following the return of the NFL, with $155.4m spent in bets.
Parlay bets followed behind with $124.8m in wagers and baseball saw $50.3m in wagers.
