Finnish lottery operator Vaikkaus Oy has concluded a deal with IGT to use the PlayDigital’s Play remote game server solution and the PlayCasino content.
Olli Sarekoski, CEO at Veikkaus, said: “This will provide us with the best possible digital content and enhanced flexibility for our players – the games that they want plus the sustainability and ongoing success of our digital programme.”
IGT viewed the deal as of primary importance to the government-regulated Finnish digital gaming market.
Initially, it is a four-year deal with one-year renewal periods. PlayRGS plugs directly into an existing back office system, immediately accessing a primary source of top slots, table games, video poker and instant win games.
